    Definitions

    Citizens and the Like

    1. Citizens and the Like include (Saudis, Gulf nationals, displaced tribes, and holders of Premium Residencies).

    2. Citizens and the Like are permitted to have domestic worker visas issued as per financial capacity (specified in Table 1.1), the applicant shall not be less than 21 years old for unmarried.

    People with Disabilities

    1. Domestic worker visas are issued for people with disabilities as per their financial capacity (specified in Table 1.3), provided that the applicant has a letter of support from a comprehensive rehabilitation center.

    Residents and the Like

    1. Residents and the Like include (Non-Saudis, investor individuals, and those not included in the Citizens and the Like category).

    Alternative visas are permitted if the worker's exit is final, within a period not exceeding 90 days (3 months) from the worker's first-time entry, provided that the profession is one of the following:

    General Requirements

    1. Participants and retirees of the General Organization for Social Insurance shall prove their financial capacity with a certificate issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance showing the monthly wage, provided that the date thereof does not exceed (60) days from the date of submission of the application.

    2. An (employee) of the government sector shall prove his/her employer with the electronic identification service (with a verification code) issued by the employer’s website showing the monthly wage, and the service shall expire as per the period specified for the certificate to appear on the employer’s website.

    3. An (employee) of the government sector shall prove the financial capacity with an electronic identification certificate issued by the employer showing the monthly wage, and the certificate shall expire as per the period specified therein, provided that the date thereof does not exceed (60) days from the date of submission of the application.

    4. Retirees of the government sector shall prove their financial capacity with an electronic identification certificate (with a verification code) issued by the Public Pension Agency’s website. The expiration date thereof shall be determined as per the period specified for the identification certificate to appear on the Agency's website.

    5. The financial capacity may be proven by submitting an official bank document (bank certificate, bank account statement, balance of an investment portfolio) that shows the financial capacity with the possibility to be verified electronically, and the document shall expire as per the period specified therein, provided that the date thereof does not exceed (60) days from the date of submission the application.

    6. Business owners (investors) and holders of temporary premium residencies shall prove financial capacity by submitting an official bank document (bank certificate, bank account statement, balance of an investment portfolio) issued by a local bank in Saudi Arabia showing the financial capacity with the possibility to be verified electronically, and the document shall expire as per the period specified therein, provided that the date thereof does not exceed (60) days from the date of submission of the application.

    7. Residents and the Like shall prove their financial capacity with a certificate issued by the General Organization for Social Insurance showing the monthly wage, provided that the date thereof does not exceed 60 days from the date of submission of the application.

    8. Applicants with disabilities or the agent thereof registered in the Welfare System shall prove the financial capacity of a government employee with an electronic identification certificate issued by the employer showing the monthly wage, and the certificate shall expire as per the period specified therein, provided that the date thereof does not exceed (60) days from the date of submission of the application. Participants and retirees of the General Organization for Social Insurance shall prove the financial capacity with a certificate issued by the General Organization for Insurance showing the monthly wage, provided that the date thereof does not exceed (60) days from the date of submission of the application. Financial capacity may be proven by submitting an official bank document (bank certificate, bank account statement, balance of an investment portfolio) showing the financial capacity with the possibility to verified electronically, and the document shall expire as per the period specified therein, provided that the date thereof does not exceed (60) days from the date of submission of the application.

    General Provisions

    1. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development shall be entitled to review the documents proving the eligibility and financial capacity of applicants, and to reject and accept the applications accordingly.

    2. Recruitment of available professions and citizenships is permitted pursuant to laws of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

    3. An increase of 300,000 ﷼ in the bank document balance for each additional visa exceeding 30 visas for the citizen and similar situations of citizens.

    4. Any recruitment of domestic workers for cases not mentioned herein above shall be submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in order to take the appropriate decision.

    5. Applications for visas shall be submitted through the channels approved for such purpose by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

    6. Applicants shall bear full responsibility for the validity of the documents proving the eligibility and financial capacity and consequences of submitting any incorrect document as required by laws.

    7. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development may accept or reject a visa application according to the financial capacity data that the Ministry has without the need to attach a financial capacity document.

    8. The applicant shall not have been subject to any suspension from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

    9. The applicant's ID shall be valid.

    10. Holders of limited or unlimited Premium Residencies shall be checked through the data issued by the Premium Residency Center.

    11. Appropriate agencies shall determine the percentages available for citizenships from the total maximum number of visas in the system.

    12. The minimum salary shall be approved in case the information is available through the technical linking with the relevant entities.
